          In order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive management level of Beijing Southern Airlines Ground Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), implement relevant national laws and regulations, continue to meet the centralized management and control requirements of China Southern Airlines Group, improve customer and stakeholder satisfaction, better fulfill environmental protection responsibilities, pay attention to the occupational health and safety of employees, and establish a good corporate image.

          Since 2020, under the guidance of China Certification & Inspection Group Beijing Co., Ltd., the company has successfully passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification (QMS), and in 2022, it has passed the ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification (EMS) and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification (OHSAS) again, and established an ISO quality, environment, occupational health and safety management model. On the basis of the existing quality management system, the requirements of the Civil Aviation Administration of China on the construction of passenger service quality management system are integrated. In accordance with the management plan, we will continue to carry out normal operation and annual external review to maintain the effectiveness of the ISO "three-standard integration" certification and provide impetus for the company's high-quality development.
