In September 2003, it was established as a joint venture between China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. and Beijing Airport Aviation Ground Service Co., Ltd.

On September 20, 2004, it was officially put into operation. Acting as an agent for China Southern Airlines' domestic aviation ground business (part of the building) in the renovated Capital Airport Terminal 1.

On April 1, 2005, it acted as an agent for the aviation ground business in Xiamen Airlines.

On July 8, 2007, it acted as an agent for the aviation ground business in Chongqing Airlines Building

On May 20, 2008, it was successfully transferred to the T2 terminal of Capital International Airport.

In September 2009, China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. completed the share repurchase, and CGS officially became a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Southern Airlines.

In October 2019, the company entered Beijing Daxing International Airport for operation, realizing the full chain of aviation ground service guarantee.

On January 1, 2020, it acted as an agent for Malaysia Airlines' ground business, achieving a historic breakthrough in acting as an agent for international airlines.

On October 25, 2020, the company fully transferred to Beijing Daxing International Airport for operation.

On November 20, 2020, the company successfully passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.

On December 18, 2020, it acted as an agent for the ground business of international airlines such as American Airlines.
